Free up to 24 hrs before pickup (sedans/SUV) or 48 hrs (van, Sprinter, weddings excluded). Later cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Beyond free allowances, waiting is billed per 15 min at the vehicle's hourly rate. We'll always call before the meter starts.
